I help you plan rosters that cover ratios and the qualification mix, and make sense of the Children's Services Award — the 2026 classification changes, the Worker Retention Payment, broken shifts and casual conversion. I model options; a person signs off the real roster and pay.

I draft the centre's communications to families in your own voice — newsletters, room and program updates, event and reminder notices, and the sensitive ones (illness exclusion, an incident notice, fees) handled with care. Drafts you review and send. Never any individual child's details.
