Frankie is a building designer based in Perth, Western Australia. He's spent years in the thick of residential construction — managing projects from concept through to handover, and grinding through the council submissions, plan reviews, and estimating work that buries every job.

600+ projects across 14+ WA councils. He knows that estimating shouldn't take three days, that a DA submission shouldn't mean re-reading the same planning scheme for the hundredth time, and that the admin is killing your margins.

He studied landscape architecture at UWA, trained in engineering, building design, and interior design. His background gave him a different lens on how design professionals work — and how much of their time gets eaten by stuff that isn't design.

He co-founded The Proxies because he wanted to build the tools he wished he'd had. Every AI helper on the platform exists because a real professional — usually Frankie — needed it first.

Simone has most recently worked in home services product, transforming how businesses run with the latest technology: streamlining operations, automating workflows, and bringing modern tools to traditional businesses.

She brings both worlds together: the operational reality of service businesses and the product thinking to build AI that actually works in them. After 17 years in product-led companies across multiple industries, she's an expert at diving deep into customer workflows, finding where the biggest pain exists, and building AI solutions that make a real difference.
